The Nar Ouse Business Park Enterprise Zone, which sits within the 48-ha Nar Ouse Regeneration Area, offers a wide range of benefits to potential businesses, including a business rate discount of up to £275,000 over five years, simplified planning and access to superfast broadband.
This 15-ha business park has excellent links to the A17, A47 and A10, and mainline rail services to London King’s Cross.
At the heart of the business park, sits its flagship building, the Kings Lynn Innovation Centre (KLIC). Nar Ouse Business Park is owned solely by the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk. Outline planning consent for 48,000m² commercial (light industrial, office, R and D, industrial and manufacturing, storage and distribution) space has already been secured. Reserved matters planning for phase 1 of speculative premises and site infrastructure will be submitted shortly. Construction works are scheduled to commence 2018-19 with premises and land due to be made available on a freehold or leasehold basis in 2019.
