The population of West Norfolk is divided between three towns, King’s Lynn, Downham Market and Hunstanton, and the one hundred villages and hamlets scattered throughout the countryside. It is this varied landscape which means you’ll find the perfect place to settle down whether you prefer urban living or a more rural setting.
The area benefits from great transport links, with road and rail connections to nearby cities including Peterborough, Norwich, Cambridge and London.
Local towns and villages play host to a wide range of shops and services, with markets throughout the week selling local produce and crafts. King’s Lynn is home to the Vancouver Quarter, a modern shopping centre packed with high street names. King’s Lynn is a Business Improvement District.
